Who’s behind the hood.

Every day you tap, scroll and ask AI things without seeing what happens underneath. I kept noticing those moments and wanting the real answer. Decode Agent is where I open them up, one case at a time, and show you what I found.

One person. One case at a time.

The hooded figure with the teal visor line is the face of Decode Agent. The hood isn’t a costume: I want the case to be the star, not me. Behind it is one person in India who picks the cases, tests them, writes and voices every script, and checks every claim before it goes out.

I use software to make the videos, including AI tools for motion graphics and for double-checking my work. What I never hand over is the judgement: no claim reaches you until I’ve checked it against a named source myself.

How a case is made.

  1. Start with something you already use.

A button you press, a code you scan, a chat you have every day. If you have never wondered how it works, it isn’t a case yet.

  2. Test it myself.

Before I explain anything, I try it: real chats, real devices, real screenshots. If my test can’t show it, I don’t claim it.

  3. Check every claim against a named source.

The maker’s own documentation first, research papers next. Each source is listed on the case, with the exact point it supports.

  4. Show the surface, then the machinery.

You see the thing exactly as you know it. Then the visor line passes over it and the part you never noticed comes into view, in plain words.

  5. File it, and keep it honest.

Every case gets a permanent ID, like DA-C005, that never changes. If I ever get something wrong, the correction is logged on the case itself, with the date.

What I promise.

  • No hype.

Numbers instead of adjectives. If something is ordinary, I’ll say so.

  • No guessing dressed as fact.

If it isn’t sourced or tested, it isn’t in the case.

  • Corrections in public.

Mistakes are fixed on the page and dated, not quietly edited.

  • Plain words.

Technical terms stay, but every one is explained in everyday language.

Say hello.

Spotted a mistake, or something you’d like decoded? Write to hq@decodeagent.studio. I read every message. Corrections get fixed on the case and credited with the date.
